Sport Trainings in our club are not about performance, competition or pushing limits. They are about staying physically active in a natural, balanced way while spending time at sea and around it. Movement helps keep the body awake and the mind clear, especially when life slows down and shifts into a different rhythm. Training becomes part of everyday presence, not a separate obligation.
Sport Trainings: formats and activities
Our Sport Trainings are flexible and adapt to location and conditions. Some sessions take place on deck — simple bodyweight exercises, stretching, balance work, breathing and mobility. Others happen ashore: walking, light running, functional training or improvised workouts near the water. These sessions can be short and spontaneous or more focused, depending on who is present and what the body needs that day.
Sport Trainings as a club practice
We do not run fitness programs and do not sell training sessions. Sport Trainings exist within the club as a shared habit of taking care of ourselves and each other. Members train together informally, share knowledge and experience, and respect different levels of ability. There is no pressure to perform and no fixed structure — participation is voluntary and based on mutual support.
Who this may be for
This activity suits people who value regular movement without turning it into a separate lifestyle project. If you enjoy staying active, listening to your body and training in a calm, friendly environment, you will likely feel comfortable here. Sport Trainings are especially appreciated by those who want to remain fit while living and spending time by the sea, without gyms or rigid routines.
